Stupendously quiet morning. Full of cold, wrapped in a duvet, reading - children entertaining themselves. Two tics:

Lunchtime we drove to town. Half a dozen head nods on route. I also felt two 'fish' welling up, which I was able to surpress.


Town. Mad busy, went to a cafe and they forgot about our order. Getting stressed:
